Hasn't connected but has...

I am getting the error that it hasn't connected in 30 days... yet, I have connected ... strange. I am at a loss on what to do... ?

My Tivo isn't hacked ... it's straight up... has worked for the past 5 years just fine. In fact, it sat in a box for 2 years while I was living in Africa.

You might try going through guided setup again to see if your cable line-up has changed.

That everything is updated... I even watched it connect.... very strange.

Do as weaknees suggested and rerun Guided Setup and re-select your cable lineup. We have seen this problem many times throughout the years and that usually fixes the problem. Good luck!
