A friend activated a tivo, and a week after the fact he gave me his info to claim a referral. So I plugged his info in at the site, and immediately 5000 points were added to my reward account with the phrase "Online Credit Request" shown.
Now, 24 hours later, it still appears the same way with that same phrase "Online Credit Request". Are these points really pending until someone at Tivo verifies the request? Does that phrase ever change to just "referral" like the rest of them? TIA.
