I recently transferred service from a Humax DVD model to a TiVo HD. After changing the TSNs, I changed the HD's name from "Humax" to "Family Room". Initially, the new "Family Room" name did not show in any NPL and I instead had "Humax" and "Humax (2)", which were actially both the new HD.
I have since restarted all three units and while the "Humax" name has correctly been replaced, I now have "Family Room" and "Family Room (2)". Functionally, everything is fine - I'd just like to get rid of the duplicate.
Oh and everything looks as it should in Manage my Account:
