Would you buy a box with lifetime subscription?

I own a series 2 40 hour Tivo with a lifetime subscription. The box works fine and already has a usb network b adapter with it. I am thinking of upgrading to a Tivo HD and would sell our series 2 with lifetime subscription and network adapter to offset the cost since we have two tivo boxes and do not really use are older one anymore.

What I want to know is in your opinion, do you think there is a market out there for one? I figured there is since you cannot buy the lifetime subscription anymore. What do you think, would people be interested in buying it?

Definitely a market. Check on ebay, completed auctions.

You'll only recoup some of your cost, though.
