I am attempting to use the online scheduling feature, but I only see channels 1-99 available online. No high def channels. My cable card has been installed and I am getting all HD channels just fine on the Tivo STB, but they are not represented on the Tivo website. Thanks in advance!

Make sure you are logged in. How long has it been since you got your CC installed? You should have two installed unless it's an M card. And make sure your TSN is correct.

I am logged in to the Tivo site ... I see my Tivo's name above the channel listings. I had a single M-card installed by Comcast 7 days ago. It seems like a need the Tivo site to "re-collect" my channel listings. Any ideas?

You're probably correct. It may take TiVo a little while to "catch up" to your new channel listings. In the meantime, you could contact them via this Web page --

When did you get the cards installed? Did you run guided setup after installing the CableCards? It will generally take a day or so for the website to update your lineup.
