MSD transfer + lifetime purchase

I've searched and couldn't come up with this exact situation, so I'm creating a new thread...

I currently have 4 Tivo units:
HD with lifetime
S3 with 6.95 MSD
810H with lifetime
S1 with the free year from a lifetime transfer

I'd like to buy *another* HD, transfer my 6.95 MSD to it, then get lifetime for my S3. Ideally, I'd like to have this occur seamlessly with no risk to the integrity of my S3, which happens to be a 2 TB monster.

Can I do this online or do I have to involve Customer Service?
