Wow, The drama was just...... fantastic!! I only watch this show to see how the celebs will act and this was just simply entertaining to watch. I'm really glad it was two hours, I enjoyed it quite a bit!!

I think I even saw a look of pure enjoyment on The Donald's face when it was all over well.

Piers is an ass.

I love how they ended the show the same way they ended the Sopranos run...same song, cut to black. I think it was the best part.

Oh, and I'm glad the women won.

Two hours was way too long for this show and I didn't realize it was that long until 45 minutes in. Who do I see about refunding my time?
Thank God for Tivo and the 30ss!

I honestly think Vinny did this and then had a huge change of heart and the whole thing backfired in his face. Probably the best way to save face was to quit. Thought they didn't focus on it much, he did have a couple of good ideas that the women ran with.

Piers is a bit of a jerk, but in the end he's playing the game better than any of 'em. It's a game, he's playing it. He's the Simon Cowell of the bunch, being refreshingly frank about situations. Baldwin runs a ministry?!? Now THAT'S funny.

Jayjoans

just found this from Baldwin's "The Lord's Lounge"... (bet the Lord's Lounge has cocktail waitresses)

"What’s up everybody out there? Stevie B is rollin in the Lords Lounge in the name of Jesus and being a hardcore soldier for Christ has never been this much fun."

It was very illogical of Baldwin to think that just because he didn't pick up the notes that Vinny slid to him he was somehow absolved from any immoral action in his mind. He benefited from the contents which is the same as if he delivered the message. If you rob a bank but you weren't holding the gun you still benefit from the money you stole.

Oh is that what that was all about? My wife and I have never seen the Sopranos so we thought the ending was abrupt. I thought maybe there was a problem with the NBC feed and my wife thought it was the temporary interruption that sometimes happens when the TiVo stops recording a show and starts the Live TV buffer again.

No wonder we were confused. :D

I can't believe Donald didn't also fire Piers. I also can't believe the women won. It really sounded like the Croc execs liked the men's slogan and execution, the women just had better presentation.

He benefited from the contents which is the same as if he delivered the message. Not only that, but I'm pretty sure that when he asked Lennox to pick up the note, he didn't tell him where it came from. That is, he didn't give Lennox a chance to make a moral choice of his own.

Watched it. Loved it, but Vinnie is a dummy! Makes me wonder how he has gotten as far as he has. I think maybe he got a lucky break with the Sopranos. This is the second reality show I've seen him on and he was an embarrassment to himself on both of them. The man clearly has no idea how to operate in a business environment. He made one bad move after another. If he hadn't quit he would've been fired. Having said that, I am so glad the ladies won! They deserved it on this task. They were more professional, and had a better presentation. The mens slogan was better though. It'll be interesting to see if CROCS doesn't use the ladies collection box and the mens slogan. ;)

I was SHOCKED that Omarossa had such a good idea! That big shoe was probably why they won. I think that tipped the scales. It's the first time I've seen her add any value to her team this season. :D

Well, the slogan's much closer to the men's...

I just viewed the promotional video and it doesn't appear they are using the Women's "Crock Box" idea either. Basically they are using a square cardboard box. Very much like the one the men designed... So in the end, they didn't use the women's slogan or their box idea. How exactly is this using "the winning design in a national campaign"? :p

I got the impression that the Crocs people loved the men's slogan and although there was a "cool" factor to the women's box design they dismissed it right away as being too expensive for a national campaign. They liked the women's presentation better, plus the fact they had pamphlets, T-shirts and some additional promotional material besides the collection box. (Although I questioned the financial reasonability of giving ever shoe donor a T-shirt - that seems a bit expensive to me, too).

Of course, as with everything that happens on this show, the editing seemed to lean in the direction of a Hydra win so I was a little surprised.

I had to laugh when Vinny is so humbly explaining why he is quitting, then throws in, "but girls, you have to admit that a lot of the stuff you did was my idea" and they immediately crushed that notion! :)

I was really hoping the women would've lost just so Omarosa wanting Vinnie on their team would've backfired and she could've gone home.

The women not admitting to liking some of Vinnie's ideas irritated me as well.

Overall, a good episode, though. I loved the Sopranos ending! :p:up:

I thought the men should have won simply on the feasibility and cost of the collection box. The women's idea looked great, but manufacturing and then transporting those looked like a massive pain in the butt. Plus the task, as far as we were made aware of it at least, was to design an eye-catching box, not to create an entire marketing and branding campaign. It seems like the women once again went way overboard with their presentation, but this time they seemed to have received bonus points even though it was useless for the client.

The thing is I don't understand why Vinnie blames Piers for what he did. Piers just told him to go spy on them. Meaning essentially eavesdrop outside the door. He chose to go and join their team. Perhaps something else was edited out, but I don't see how Vinnie could blame anyone else for what he did. Nobody told him to go join the Women's team.

I got to admit though it was a very good two hours. Probably the best two hours of the show ever.

Vinny blames Piers for letting the women know Vinny was spying. Then only person Vinny told was Mary Lou Henner. He didn't want the other women to know. That is why he was mad. He felt Pies double crossed him.

Piers absolutely did double-cross Vinny.

Nah, it's like the other people have said, Vinny acted like an idiot. Piers told him to stand out in the hallway and listen in. Vinny gets into an argument about how he needs something to do while he's eavesdropping or else he would look like an idiot (e.g. read a newspaper), then there's a laugh, some amusing acting, and that's it. After that, Vinny decides, entirely on his own, to knock on the door of the women's team.

The odd thing is that Piers didn't really defend himself, instead he acted as if what went down was entirely what he had planned. That's total BS. I'm sure Piers did want him out of the room for a few minutes while they were bouncing ideas around, but I don't think he expected Vinny to actually join the other team.

Hard to believe no shoe comments. A hard plastic one piece shoe with no lining, no pad, it is a beach shoe. Anyone here have any? Never seen them here. They are so loud colored, wear these in a ritsy ofice?

The girls shoe thing did not hold enough shoes as well as being expensive. The guys box did not make it clear the box was for old shoes that I saw.

How do you "repair" an old one of these, they would crack, are they melting them and recasting? These would sure be cold in cold weather, they looked awful. Anyone wear them and can comment?

Are they like a dollar store item or what?

"Omarossa, you're fired!" Rats. Oh well, there's always next week.
"We proudly present to you... THE SUPER CROC." Ugh, I tasted bile.
Piers was a jerk. There was no reason to have constantly rubbed it in the women's faces. His telling them that Vinnie was spying flustered them enough.
His presentation was quite good though. A lot more professional than the women's. I liked how it was about the money. It appeared to me that the execs liked the men's more. Must have been the editing. I can't believe that the boardroom would be rigged.
And the spying didn't give the men any advantage. Their idea was much more 'do-able' than the women's.
