I have a samsung dtv tivo dvr sr-s4080r about 1 month ago I suddenly lost all my local channels in my guide, I can manually go to my channels but the guide wont show them, after explaining this situation to dtv they said the box is broken and sent me there dvr which was a complete disaster, i hated that thing, so today i called again and said i am sending there dvr back and lets fix my samsung, so long story short after rebooting the box several times there rep told me it was tivos fault i wasnt able to get my locals showing up in my guide, and to wait for a update through my phone line,24 hours he says for my guide to update, i seriouly doubt this, what do you all think is the problem
