My DirecTv HD DVR was acting up and they replaced the unit with a new DVR Plus unit. It took forever to get the last unit I had to change channels (I found out that you needed to place the IRF in the middle of the box instead of in front of the sensor) but that fix doesn't work on this new box. What can you suggest to remedy the channel changing problem. It is a HD DirecTv brand model HR-21-200. HELP ME PLEASE!!!
