Is it wrong that a partially dissolved body can be so humorous?
Of course, maybe it was the bottom of the bathtub dissolving through the ceiling that really was the funny part, and not the partially dissolved body falling on top of it.

I was most amused by the shots of Walter sliding water, etc to the hostage. The undissolved chunks of body falling from the ceiling was a hilarious situation as well. The characters didn't seem all that smart at that point to stand under the hole and look up through it, as if any remaining acid could not fall into their faces and eyes and/or weaken the floor beneath them.
Brian Cranston is very funny. I've never seen him before this show.

That was gross!
But I'm loving this show... seems like it's going to be one season-long arc of them digging themselves out. Sort of like The Riches. I like it!

The pinkman character cracks me up , yo!
The wife talking to Pinkman really had me on the floor.
The tub was gross and funny.
Little annoyed that we have to wait 2 weeks for the next episode.

AMC has somehow ended up with Mad Men and Breaking Bad, two excellent shows. What brain dead major subscription networks keep passing on these gems?
For the life of me, I don't know why they didn't put the survivor in the van, drive back out to the desert and re-gas him.

Why did they film this using swear words that they should have known would not be able to be broadcast on AMC?

DVD sales.
Though I find it distracting. They should either man up and show it unedited or filmed it without the swearing.
But it is AMC. They aren't happy unless they are editing the crap out of something or showing commercials every five minutes.

I thought for sure the wife was gonna end up chained up in the basement.

If you have On Demand not only can you avoid the commercials but see it in HD as well!!

This is definitely a great show that I would have probably skipped had the strike not been going on. I guess the strike has brought out a few good things. :)

I didn't actually notice in episode 2.
Episode 1 that I recorded was TV14 and the censoring annoyed me.
The Episode 2 that I recorded was rated TV-M and I didn't notice any censoring.

I can't believe how hard I laughed during the dissolving bath tub scene!
One problem though... have you tried explaining why you were laughing to someone who hasn't seen the show?!?!? From the look I got, I didn't do a very good job!

This is quickly becoming one of my favorite shows. Very dark, yet very funny in a macabre way. I can't wait to see what happens next.
For me, the best scene had to be the water/food/bucket/toilet paper/hand cleaner scene that ElJay mentioned. ("What - you don't like crusts?")

I'm pretty sure they were both TV-MA.
