Clicking TiVo Series 2

I have a Hughes TiVO that suddenly started making noise (sounds like a hard drive during read/write but louder than normal). So, i thought the hard drive was failing and replaced it, to my dismay the new drive did the exact same thing. Anyone else have this issue?

Apparently the power supply will "click". Although I think it clicks repeatedly. Probably some kind of overload protection scheme.

It doesn't sound like a fan, but i hadn't thought about the power supply. I will check it out, thanks for the help.
