I believe, for the first time in my 3 years of tivo, that my tivo may have dropped an episode. It has happened before, but those were my fault (disk full with KUID's, too many episodes set KUID with an season pass set to keep x number episodes, season pass still set to wrong channel when the WB became the CW, and others). Mine never even missed an episode during the great guide data debacle of 2006, prior to 6.2a.

My tivo dropped the episode "The Turk" of Terminator, The Sarah Connor Chronicles, on monday, 1/21. ToDo List recording history indicated it was dropped due to the 28 day rule, as if it were a repeat, but the only episodes in my NPL were the first two. This one was the third episode, according to tv.com.

Did anyone else's tivo drop this one?

This was on a hacked RCA DVR40, running 6.2a.

It was not my intent to cross post. I posted this in another forum, and it was politely suggested this one is more appropriate for my question. My apologies if this is seen as a cross-post.

Yea mine did it also but since it isn't that good I did not worry about it. Just write down the episode title, it will be rerun in a few weeks.

The TiVo's do this every once and a while, mostly because the guide people set wrong flags in the guide. The interesting thing is my computer records it in HD but also missed it. So what ever guide MS MediaCenter uses also had the error.

Some of us must be getting good guide data. Both of my hacked Series2 DTivo units picked up the 'Turk' episode without any problem. Both units have very few KUID items, and both hard drives are running 6.2a and are at most 1/2 full of programming.
