I just got mine from Weaknees for $399 after rebate. Nobody else had them in stock last week and I wanted to make sure I would get it in time to qualify for the rebate. Shipped the same day I ordered. :up:

UPS delivered yesterday, Comcast installed cable cards today, life is good! :)
