I am clumsy. The S3 took a ~4 ft dive off the back of my HDTV and bent the power connector back into the box. When I removed the cover I was able to see that the power connector had snapped the leads to the TiVo power supply PCB.

Being in dire need of TiVo I cobbled together a power cable that is now directly soldered to the power supply... I am aware that this is "sub-optimal" :D on a number of levels, safety being the most obvious.

With that said, can anyone tell me if they know where to find that plastic power cable receptacle with metal leads to the PSU PCB? I have looked at a couple local places like radio shack and online, but so far have come up with nothing.

Thanks in advance.

Did you contact 9th Tee or Weakknees? They may be able to help you out with the part or the repair.

I have not contacted either of them. I have looked at the sites, but i did not see a power supply for (TCD648250) or any other item that would be helpful in this situation.

Well, I got a reply from weakknees, they have it available via special order, but want me to send my PSU to them and they will send a replacement. GAH!

AND it is $79... I really just need a $0.49 part and a few minutes with soldering iron.
