I have a Netgear wireless router connected to my desktop. I was considering getting the wireless adapter for my TiVo box (Series 2). Can I buy and use the wireless adapter that TiVo is selling?

List of available network adapters that work with TiVo. My S2 uses the D-Link DWL-122 and I've never had a problem with it. My S3 uses the TiVo adapter, and that, too, works great.

My S2 transfers much faster with the TiVo wireless adapter than it did with a D-Link adapter, for what it's worth.

That link's not working for me but I'm guessing it's pointing to the TiVo Wireless G adapter ... it'll work great.

It's much cheaper on Amazon.com, by the way.

Not a problem. I ran a Netgear WGR614 and a TiVo USB adapter for quite a while without any problems.
