240080; several years old; upgraded w/ dual drives several years ago.
Having issues; tivo would startup, I was able to see and play NPL, after several minutes, the yellow and green led would start to flash and I'd lose video.
Got a new power supply, after install, the tivo would not power up at all (no disk sounds). Put the old one back in, got power but now stuck on Welcome screen (been like that for 24 hours).
Just tried kickstart by holding down pause button as soon as powering up screen appears but am not getting yellow lights.
Any other ideas?
I plan to call Weaknees tomorrow to tell them the power supply they sent me was apparently DOA but just wondering if anyone had any other tricks i could try.
