TiVo with Dish Network VIP722 satellite box

I just got Dish Network installed, and they installed a VIP722 box. The service comes with one satellite box that is used in two different rooms (with two individual remote controls). I have a Series 2 Tivo box that I'd like to keep and use in the second room (that one that has the satellite service but does not have the satellite box in the room). I get a signal and can watch/change channels when the TiVo box is not hooked up, but as soon as I try to hook up the TiVo box, I can't seem to get the signal to the TV anymore. Can anyone help me solve this problem? Is it even possible to use my TiVo box to interract with the second Tuner from Dish Network?

I see you only posted once but but maybe you will get an e-mail alert. Did you ever get the issue resolved?

We had dish with a homezone which is similar to the vip722 in that it is one box that controls 2 tvs. We couldn't get the tivo to get a signal from the homezone and got a separate satellite receiver for the tivo.

We then cancled when we got HD and they wouldn't give me what I wante but they are coming tomorrow to set it back up. I don't know if the vip722 is compadiable with tivo or not.

Isn't the VIP 722 also a DVR?
