D* H10-250 failing then recovering ??

I noticed yesterday that intermittent periods would occur where the screen went to static, then I received a "No usable signal" and finally the picture was restored. Duration is about 2-3 seconds. It is occurring for both satellite fed and OTA channels. The unit itself is on an APC backup power supply if needed. Software revision is 6.3e. I'm thinking power supply? Any thoughts? Thanks

Check signal strengths on all transponders on all satellites.
Also check your OTA strengths.
Check all cabling.
