Ok well it faster then spending hours on the phone.
If you get this error and you know it is the access card, you need to tell the CSR that you are getting an "Possible data Corruption Error 746" on the screen. They will go thru there scripts but it is the quickest way to get a new access card.
BTW I found out it was the card by sticking the card in a non-dtivo unit and that error came up.
