Currently have FIOS service with S3 (w 2 CC's) for HD and a S2 (w SD STB) for SD. Have TiVo Desktop Plus on fixed PC and basic TiVo Desktop on laptop.

Both TiVos are on wired LAN and can readily access internet for TiVo service.

Here's the situation:

Both PCs and the S2 can see the S3 NP list

Both PCs and the S3 cannot see the S2 NP list

When TiVo Desktop is asked to access the S2, the following message appears:

"There was an error while attempting to retrieve data from the selected DVR. Not enough storage to process this command."

When S3 is asked to access S2, it says there are no recordings on the selected DVR (there are actually a dozen or more programs on the S2 NP list).

Both DVRs are enabled for transfers and video downloads on TiVo.com

My recollection is that at an earlier point, the S2 was accessible from S3 and PC. I have no idea as to what may have changed to affect this current problem.:confused::confused::confused::confused:

Any ideas, suggestions?

Can you access the S2's NPL through your web browser?

Point your browser to https://{your S2 IP address} and login with username 'tivo' and your MAK (media access key) as the password. If you can't access that page, TiVo Desktop (and your S3) won't be able to either. If that's the case, try rebooting the S2.

Thanks. Could not access S2 page - get "Server Busy - out of memory" message.

Will reboot later in the day and see if anything changes.

It will probably help. Sounds like the little web server in your TiVo has crashed.
