Hi all,
Comcast with TiVo HD, 2 Motorole S-cards.
Had a brief power outage overnight, TiVo wasn't tuning anything above channel 30. Guide data was there but no video.
Got one tuner working by restart/guided setup/restart again.
But if I hit Live TV to go to the other tuner, no shows above channel 30 come in.
I don't really want to mess with much now as there are shows on HD that I want to see, I don't trust the techs that Comcast would have working today and fear they would "accidently" disable both of my cards if I call in.
Has anyone with Comcast seen this problem?
How can I tell which card is the nonfunctioning one and will pulling it out and re-inserting it do anything?
