Is the Western Digital My DVR Expander worth it

Has anyone bought one of these (the one that TIVO "supports") and had good luck with it?

So far, so good for me. You can get more capacity with unsupported upgrades and I did my own expansion on my old Series 1 but for my new TiVoHD, I decided to stick with the supported drive.
