I'm sure this has been discussed before, but I seem to hit a wall when my transfers get to exactly 4096MB. I know this sounds like an OS File allocation system issue but all my hard drives are NTFS mounted (no FAT drives). So I'm at a loss as to why I can't transfer files that exceed this limit.

Thanks in advance.

Running Kaspersky anti-virus? Although that limit seems to be only 2048.

I would double check those NTFS drives. You can run this command on them from DOS and it will not do anything if already NTFS. It will just say "This drive is already NTFS."

CONVERT C: /FS:NTFS

I am running Kaspersky! I wonder if that's it. Well, I tried both shutting down Kaspersky altogether as well as adding tivo exe files to the Kaspersky application list. The current transfer would not continue. I'll have to try a new download. All my drives check out as NTFS mounted.
