My Tivo is Frozen

My Tivo was frozen this morning. I tried unplugging and now it is stuck at the powering up screen. Please help.

Just noticed this is your first post. If this is a new TiVO then it's under warranty and they'll fix it free. Or is it just the first time you've had a problem with it?

Exactly. In fact the smallest drive they sold for my model is twice the size of my fried drive, so I'm a very happy camper. :up:
