Upgrading the TIVO Desktop - Order Problems

Anyone know how long it should take to the get the License Key Code for the TIVO Desktop? I purchased the upgrade online at 1pm (EST). As I write this it is now 6:5opm (EST) and I still do not have the code nor did I get an email confirmation. I do have the Order Number and proof that the order was submitted.

Also, after upgrading what do I need to do in order to convert my downloaded movie files and be able to view them on tv screen?

I did this today. The key is displayed on the confirmation page right after the order completes.
