I have two tivos.One under a 1 year contract the other just by the month. I went to tivo site to change my credit card to another one. So tivo 1 without contract changed fine, but the other tivo says I am not the billing contact and will not let me change it. I can do other things online with this tivo and they both are on my account. Do you think its locked to that card because of the contract? Any Ideas?

Yes I know that, I was trying to avoid a long aggravating phone call to a rep who is probably in India.

Well, there is a "change contact" link on the Manage My Account page.

So, what did you find out from the csr at Tivo when you called?

have not called yet, change contacts info is correct. When I try to change credit cards it lists both tivos. one lets me change the other says I'm not the billing contact. Both tivos were on the same card( until I changed one today) I bet its because its in contract and when the contract is over they will let me change it.

update: Finally called today and amazingly got through instantly. English speaker, not an outsourced call. :). She changed it for me fast.
