Guys,
Found a serious issue with the ratings on the Tivo HD. Can someone check the S3 and see if it is there as well. Also, let me know if I am seeing stuff. Latest version of the software (9.2)
Steps

1) Enable parental control and set up locks on anything
2) Go to any channel that is allowed and use the info button to bring up the ratings area.
3) Re-adjust any of the ratings without passcode challenge.
I also have a theory. I think the rating system is in part responsible for the skipping and video issues on the tivo. The reason that I think this is that as I watch some shows I get skipping only to be followed by the system locking because it's looking at the wrong rating system (I.E. TV-PG vs a no rating for the same show under the MPAA system) If the system has PC off, I have a lot less issues. Let me know what you think.
