Can anyone tell me that knows what they are talking about tell me that if I get a very strong signal with my 3 LNB like I do. That i should be able to install the new slimline dish. I have another installer coming on the 28th. I would like to know by then.

If you get numbers on all three sats, you SHOULD be pretty good. The 103 bird (the main one you're adding with the slimline) is in between the 101 and 110 slots, so if you can see them, you can almost certainly see 103.

must be careful. I got in the 101 and 110 but not 119, but figured 99 is up and left so no issues. Well they said a tree was in the way so had to move to the front of the house. Unless you have totally clear sky it's hard to predict without a site visit

Another thing to think about if you have a balcony install, is that the dish is about 6 inches taller (and the mount is about 4 inches deeper, if mounted to the inside of a balcony wall), so if you have minimal eave clearance (can be an issue in southern locations when the elevation is above 45 degrees) you might have an issue with the overhang shading the dish, meaning either no new HD or pixellation or major rain fade in new HD channels. While a Phase III might not have this issue it's important to get the Slimline dish (or "Slimeline", as you call it) as far out from under the eaves and as low below them as possible if this might be an issue (I guess probably not in PA).
