Wireless Connection through Linksys WRT54GTM

I can connect fine between my 2 laptops and Tivo Series-2 via a LAN connection, however when I try to connect wirelessly through my Linksys WRT54GTM access point, I get this erro message: "There was an error while attempting to retrieve datra from the selected DVR. The system cannot find the file specified."

I believe this used to work fine before I upgraded to Desktop 2.5 and got the Linksys access point/router.

Do you have a firewall on your home network? You may need to "allow" the dvr access to your home network. Check settings on home network of tivo,

Have you allowed access to your Tivo? I have Tivo 2.5 and a Linksys router. I had to go to Server --> Tivo Server Properties and select the Access Control tab. In that tab it lists the Tivo devices that it can see and you can select or deselect them as needed.
