Caller ID not working on my HR-21

On my HR-21 I can order pay-per view with the phone line, I have caller ID logging enabled, but when the phone rings I don't get the caller id pop up. I even hooked a phone up to the same line going into the HR-21 to verify the caller ID was working and it worked on the phone. Am I missing something?
