View Full Version : why does the port in my tivoweb.cfg keep changing back to default?

I'm confused because lately I'm having to fix my tivoweb.cfg file located in my /var/TWP/config/ folder. Occasionally, and for reasons unknown to me, the port changes back to the default of 80. Luckily I have a backup of the file and all I have to do is ftp the backup tivoweb.cfg file over but I don't know what is causing this on it's own. Anyone have any ideas?

is the port actually changing in the config file (do you check)?
if so, is it possible that var is getting wiped?

Yes, the port goes back to 80. How would I be able to tell if var is getting wiped or what is causing my problem? I set this one up exactly like my other 2 boxes and 'forgot' about them for months, then all of a sudden this one starts acting up.
