Is anybody else still getting them? For the last month or so my unit reboots if it is on CBS and the Amazing Race commercial comes on the video freezes twice and then reboots. I have canceled all of my CBS season passes and the unit has been fine for 2 weeks until today I watch the Patriots/Steelers game on CBS OTA From Boston. The Amazing Race commercial comes on and Wamo a reboot. This happens on OTA and the Directv feed,so I don't think it's Directv messing with us,just some flucky thing with this commercial. Maybe it will stop when the Amazing Race is over.

Funny you should mention that. Mine has rebooted three times during the past week and, now that I think about it, it was, all three times, during an OTA (live) broadcast on CBS/WBZ Channel 4-1. I'm on 6e.

I'm on 6e.Odd. My experience is the same as Steve's. Are you sure you're on 6.3e? I don't think this is an ambiguous thing. Happened two or three times a night before I took the upgrade, and never since. (three weeks ago). I notice you say three times in the last week. This is not the problem we were seeing -- literally two or three times a night. You may have something else going on.

I'm 6.3e - it happened to me once last month during one of the Denver Bronco games. I haven't seen it since.

Well, if you're in Colorado, chances are you are not experiencing the problem that might be affecting WBZDT in Boston.

There is a long thread here about rebooting HR10-250 while watching or recording CBS. The general consents was to upgrade to 6.3e and the problem will go away. (it did for me).
What version of software are you running?

I'm on 6.3e, so it might be a different problem.

Since 6.3f seems to be in the pipeline, I wonder if that will fix this problem. I haven't had the problem, I don't record my OTA CBS, so I hope this update doesn't introduce new problems.

I was seeing multiple crashes every day on 6.3d. I upgraded to 6.3e over the weekend and haven't seen a crash yet. Then again, with 6.3f on the way so soon, there must have been some pressing issue (like crashes) to force another upgrade.
