My Tivo S3 is really sluggish

I've had my Tivo for several months now, everything was working great, up until last week when I notice my Tivo started to act up, the menu/navigation is really "sluggish", key presses would take 10-40s to work. Sometimes the system would get really slow and crash, causing it to automatically reboot itself. I've missed several shows because of this!

My Tivo has never been modify and I've had no issues with it until now. I believe these issues I'm experiencing has something to do with the recently release software (9.2).

Has anybody else experience these issue and is there a fix to it? Help would be appreciated, Thanks

Yes, just in the last couple of weeks, mine has been moving really slow, hanging up, and sometimes rebooting on its own. Anytime I try to transfer a show to it from another Tivo or when I tried an Unbox movie today, it'll get about 45-50 minutes into it and reboot, forcing the download to start all over.

I've had my series 3 for just about a year now and only just started having problems with.... I really hope this isn't an indication of a harddrive failure, but sure doesn't act like it since it still records everything and plays back just fine.
