I just recently got ahold of a Mediacom M-card to replace the 2 S cards in my TivoHD. It went as smooth as could be, just remove 2 cards, replace with one. Had them send the hit to the card, and everything was working in just a few moments.
The only annoying bit was having to re-run guided setup. I don't understand why the tivo requires you to rerun setup after ANY cablecard change. Even just removing and re-inserting a card it insists you have to re-run guided setup...
