Search results don't display all channels in results

I have 2 Series3 TiVos, both with dual cable cards and SD/HD channels from Time Warner. Any search that I perform will only show me the first channel with results. An example of this is when I do a search for something that should be giving me results for a show on Channels 11 (SD), 374, 375, and 376 (the last 2 are HD stations), I instead only get search results for channel 11.

I should point out here that all 4 stations listed above are all the same affiliate. The stations appear as follows:

11 KTVT
374 KTVT
375 KTVTD
376 KTVTD

It may be a little redundant to have all 4 of these stations as part of the "channels I receive" section, but I like to have them there just in case an HD or digital feed is messed up and I can quickly switch to the analog feed.

I'm thinking that having all 4 of these (same) stations listed in TiVo is causing TiVo to filter all except for the first station that matches the search. If someone thinks it's something else, let me know. And if that is the case, is there any kind of work-around to maybe prioritize the search results to the HD feed first?

What do you see if you go into a show and select "View Upcoming Episodes"? Maybe the guide data is wrong. And are you doing a normal search (Find by Title or whatnot) or a WishList search?

I'll have to select the "View Upcoming Episodes" option when I'm back at home this evening to let you know that first question.

Secondly, the guide data is actually correct. In the example that I mentioned, if the search result only shows me the 1 SD channel, I'll exit out of the search and just find the show via the Guide or add the program via the channel. Lastly, this happens whether I'm doing a search by Title or a Wishlist search.

I had a similar issue for whatever reason, but running guided setup again took care of the problem.
