I finally got through to Verizon. For some reason I couldn't get to support this week. Anyway, I wanted to change my order but I was told I cannot since it is still pending. I guess I called to early. Anyway, the guy said the technician will have some anyway and he can do all the changes. From your experinces, is that true? I just don't want to be disapointed if he/she doesn't have any on hand. Oh yeah I asked (even though we know) if they had multi stream cards but they are still on single stream cards.
I have another question off topic though. My TV was picking a few HD channels even though I have Comcast analog. However, Tivo HD does not seem to find any HD channels. So cable cards are needed even for these hidden HD channels? I setup every already but looks like I have to put the cable directly to my TV since I cannot get any HD channels. Unless I am doing something wrong?
