Wierd glitch at 45 minutes

Been noticing an oddity with some of my season passes recently. This seems to happen on a couple of network 1 hour shows almost always right around the 45 minute mark. When I'm watching the playback skips a minute or so. If I happen to be FF'ing through a commercial it really gets screwy and jumps back and forth for a second and then settling in to normal playback. I typically miss probably 20 to 30 seconds of the show during all this.

So far it hasn't been consistent enough to provide much more info but I have seen it quite a few times over the last 2 or 3 weeks. I'm on a Tivo HD, and I think it's all been NBC shows but it might have happened with a Fox show also. I'll try to keep better track of it from now on and see if anyone else sees this or has some idea what might be happening.

I've been having a similar problem with my TivoHD. I have a Season Pass for The Soup on E! and during a segment where they show a pie chart, the video gets screwy. The pie chart segment always happens right after a commercial, so when I stop fast forwarding and press play, the playback is at a very fast pace and then corrects itself. It seems very odd that it has happened at this segment for the last 3 or 4 episodes.

Same problem here, been happening for weeks. It always happens during E!'s "The Soup" when they come back from the first break with their fake pie-chart survey results.
