Hiding equipment

Hi,

I am thinking of connecting my tivo to the tv in the bedroom using a Durabrand freeview box, is there any way I can put the tivo and freeview boxes in the loft and control them with the tivo remote in the bedroom?

Though I'd add that many wireless senders aren't as good anymore
-neighbours' wifi signals tend to interfere with it.

Update on that thread in that I found the Tivo didn't really like the wireless extender so because I already had the RF around the home distributing the signal I opted for TVlink Plus to control my boxes.
