Started seeing this last night, and is continuing today. Occurs while watching live tv.

I usually get it as a result of weather. Is it raining or snowing or wind blowing against you dish or heavy clouds south of you?:)

The first time this happened to me I was able to correct it calling customer service and having a refresh done by them by telling the automated system I was getting a call extension I believe it was 721 error message. It happened again 2 weeks later and nothing I did would fix it. I am now happily using and HR 21 in the room the room that had tivo and an hr 20 in my other room. The 21 is much faster changing channels than the 20 and the hd tivo. Good luck fixing it.
