How many dishes for DirecTivo and HR-20?

I currently have a directivo (DSR704) and I am getting HD installed today with the HR-20. I would like to keep both of them working.

Do I need to have an extra dish installed or can they take out the one I have and install a new one?
On the phone the directv guy seemed to think I would need to have two dishes, so I am just making sure as I would like to have one dish only if possible.

The new dish will work fine with the DSR704. Make sure that all four lines from the dish are run into your house and that they give you a WB68 multiswitch.
