No post yet?

I am confused... Didn't Mike figure out it was Orson who ran him over? I thought that's why they fought in the parking garage when Orson went over the edge?

I don't remember if he'd figured it out or not, but can't believe that if he had figured it out he wouldn't already have confronted Orson about it, and certainly wouldn't be on good terms with him.

I was impressed with Mike's behavior... to reveal his drug buying to Susan in order to keep Barrett from dating Julie was smart. If he'd let himself be blackmailed, I'd have issued big groans for a while over the cliche and lack of parental responsibility. Of course I have to agree with Barrett... Barrett's the successful entrepreneur and pre-med student with a future; Mike's the drug addict/loser. Hopefully that little tidbit is enough to get Mike off the pills and to put a stop to Susan's money draining habits -- or at least motivate Susan to also get some income herself to support it.

I think we all several times have noticed Andrew's turnaround. And it was a nice acknowledgment on the show to have him disappointed his mom never seemed to notice, because she really didn't and just took it all for granted, I think.

Lynette's step-dad is a hoot.

+1

I saw that one coming, but maybe it was the casting. Still funny though. "He always talked like that, how could I not have known?"

I likedthe way Lynette described her mom when she called the bar. :D

That was a pretty good episode overall...I am surprised how small the thread is. However, we all saw the Mayor returning and all knew he actually remembered. I thought he had gotten back on the boat, but he's alive nonetheless.

I think Mike just remembered Orson being present the night Monique died, enough to (incorrectly) think that Orson might have murdered her. While discussing that night in the parking garage, Mike accidentally pushed Orson off the root. I do not think Mike yet knows it was Orson who ran him down.

I actually thought he did. Didn't they call it even -- Orson ran him over, Mike pushed him off the roof? I thought Mike was using the hit-and-run to coerce Orson into writing the prescription.

Overall I thought the episode was so-so.

She has to still be working/earning money, doesn't she? I mean, is the house paid for? I can't imagine Mike has to come in and pay for EVERYTHING. And if that WAS the case, you would think they would let us know she was jobless (moneyless).

Well, isn't she a childrens book author? I don't know how much money is involved in that. Not that we ever see her work. :)

My wife made a comment that apparently the Scavo pizza shop is still open. :)

And shouldn't Susan still be getting child support from Carl?
