Bad reception problem with one transponder???

I am having a strange problem with one of my receivers.

It is a Hughes HDVR2, and I am getting what appears to be really poor reception problems (audio drop out, severe pixellation, and even reboots sometimes).

Here is the strange thing:

1) it only happens on certain channels corresponding to a certain sat/transponder (101 t25)
2) it only happens on one receiver...another HDVR2 works fine as well as other receivers
3) sat signal strength is in the 90s for this transponder and does not seem to waver

I can't figure out why only this one transponder on this one receiver would be giving me a problem???

1st step is to reverse the input coax on the back of the receiver (you do have 2 coax?) and see if the problem follows the input line

2nd step is to read these previous discussions... as well as what is discussed in these discussions, I think I've read subsequent mention of other "odd" problems caused by using S-Video
