verizon fios and tivo

recently had verizon fios (with set top box) installed, cannot get Toshiba DMS RS-TX20 (tivo) to work correctly with it. talked to tivo and fios tech support but they keep pointing fingers at each other. anyone using this combination and having success?? Thanks.

Can you describe what "not working correctly" is exactly. What have you tried? What happens? What doesn't happen?

"My car is broke, whats wrong?" isn't going to get you many responses on an automotive board either.

I had a Verizon Fios installed and have a Tivo two unit. I can't get the them to connect on the Verizon router. It is a An Actiontec M 1424. I think one of them needs a software patch. Any help? Sheajb.

should be able to connect to the actiontec with no problems. wired or wireless? if it is wireless, are you putting the wep key in?
