I'm really enjoying catching up with Two And A Half Men in syndication. I'd never watched it before it was on twice a day on Fox, and I've really come to love it.

But here's something that shocked me-Berta/Conchatta Ferrell is 64 years old!

Sheen and Cryer are both 42, but I think Charlie's been 40 on the show for a couple years now.

I have an Uncle that has been 35 for a few years now(15) to be exact.

I have a little nerdy crush on Jon Cryer. Too bad his wife is drop-dead gorgeous. :)

And yes, Charlie's been 40 through most of the show. I just noticed that last night. :D

But Conchatta's age really floored me. I would have put her at at least ten years younger.

But Conchatta's age really floored me. I would have put her at at least ten years younger. I remembered her from Hearts Afire something like 15 years ago. Her character was older than the Markie Post and John Ritter characters. Can you believe Markie Post is 57? So Conchata's 64 didn't really surprise me. She's had plenty of single-episode appearances on lots of very popular TV shows. Had to look it up on IMDB, but she was in E/R (not to be confused with "ER") the first time George Clooney was on a show of that name. I like her.

I remember her on a short lived show in the 70's called Hot L Baltimore.

I remembered her from Hearts Afire something like 15 years ago. Ha! I remember her from "Hot L Baltimore (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0072512/)", 32 years ago. (IMDb is wrong; she was a regular.) She looks about the same -- but, then, I think so do I.

[Edit to add: Smeeked! Do I type slow or what!]

Ditto on the OP. I just started recording the old repeats. Haven't watched many yet, but I also got into the series late.

Just doing my part to get ready for the strike. I've got about 15 saved up so far.

IMDB added an episodes list to the credits and messed it up. Regulars often appear to be part timers because nobody put every episode in the list. I've seen soap stars who have been on a show for 20 years look like they just started last year.

As for Hot L Baltimore. I loved that show. Interesting cast (James Cromwell and others). It was not shown in Baltimore, BTW, because of content. I have been a fan of Ms. Farrell ever since.

I just got into this show too. Along with everything else on Monday nights I decided to record this too...which led to watching the shows in syndication. If you ask me, Angus and Conchata get all the good lines.

Wish E/R would come back too.

HOT L Baltimore looks pretty racy for the time. Thanks for the link.
