Oddly, I'm liking the shrink better as a member of the team than as Bones' and Booth's therapist...he kind of adds something fun.

He's OK, but I still prefer Stephen Fry. On the other hand, maybe he'll be available for a guest spot on House now.

Agree. They give him some funny lines like last week's "This is the field for me."

My g/f said it was him who jumped out of the closet. I said he looked more like Zach. I guess it makes more sense for him to be the shrink.

I can't shake the image of the shrink as Sam from Freaks and Geeks. Sort of like watching Fred Savage grown up without the squeaky voice. That said, he does have some good lines and is a good actor.

There's a part of me that's actually been pondering that Zach actually makes a pretty good candidate for this. I can't really quite place my finger on what's been pointing me that way, just kinda a feeling.

Zach+Iraq= Disturbed Zach. He did come back a bit shell shocked, they could easily work that into the story.

Went back and looked at it in slow mo, unfortunately no high def tivo for me right now. Quite frankly, it could have been either of them from what I saw :). Watching it in slow mo at one point I thought it was the shrink, at another I thought it was Zach.

I figured the shrink was the Gory-d00d as soon as he walked in started spouting about the meaning of the various roles.

Thanks for the screenshots dswallow. Based on them, it doesn't look like Sweets is Gorgonzola :) And I'm not sure it's Zack either.

we slowed it down too..wasnt anyone we knew. Shame on the boss to not kneeling into the slop like bones normally does :)

so is the shrink a test for a permanent cast member or just a diversion?

They said in the episode that Gormagon that pulled out all his teeth, and put it in the bomb from the backpack. So I'm guessing the guy in the closet was Gormagon's apprentice cause he has all his teeth. I can't wait for next week though!

No, the teeth were from the "old" Gorgonzola :) He was the old guy at the retirement house. The current Gormagon was the old guy's apprentice. He's now the Gormagon.

Didn't the nursing home say that old Gormagon had his teeth missing when he came there. And that he had been there for 5 years? So the new Gormagon has been holding onto the old guys teeth??

That's how I interpreted. Or maybe the old Gormagon pulled :eek: something similar earlier.
