Is there going to be a Season 7 of The Dead Zone? I am on Season 5 and i love this show so far.

It hasn't been announced as renewed, but it looks like they're expecting a renewal.

I'll say this about Season 6 though.

It sucks. :)

I agree with Greg. If it was up to me, I'd have NBC/Universal spend that money on something better.

I agree with Greg and Bicker....it was great big, heaping, steaming sack of suck. I canceled the SP early in the season and caught bits and pieces later....I definitely made the correct decision.

Really? I haven't heard anything whatsoever, and thought the show was almost dead (no pun intended)...

If they weren't expecting renewal they would have wrapped up the series in the season finale. At least that's how I see it. Expecting and having it actually happen are two different things. :)

I do think it should be put out of its misery. They've gone through 2 or 3 seasons now of lackluster stories with one or two good episodes.

I don't think that was expecting renewal, that was just a desperate Hail Mary hope for renewal. Having a series finale would have simply made it impossible to renew the show (well, OK, Miami Vice, Magnum PI, but in those cases they were told in advance the shows were not being renewed, and then the networks changed their minds), and renewal almost always happens after the season ends.

This was long-time-coming. It was a great series at the start, but I wasn't really looking forward to last season, much less next season.
