Tivo no longer offerring me menu choice for HD photos

When I first installed tivo desktop on my PC and published my photos, I saw two menu items on the tivo: My photos and my photos in HD. I am no longer seeing the choice for photos in HD. Does anyone know what might be causing this?

HD Photos is a separate Java application. It should run when TiVo Desktop is started.

In TiVo Desktop, go to the Server menu, and then TiVo Server Properties. On the Configuration tab, make sure "Preview Photos 2.0 (with HD support) for Series3 HD DVRs" is checked.

This option is checked and has been from day 1. I have never had it unchecked.

In any event, the HD option is back again with me making no changes!!!!!
