What number does a UK TiVo call?

Having connection problems in the UK. Got a completely standard TiVo that dials up to get the guide.

Really simple question - what number does the TiVo call? I'd like to test it.

Follow the progress of the call in the Phone section on your Tivo menus and then after you see it has dialled and says Connected pick up another phone extension to see if there is modem tone on the line.

Or if isn't connecting pick up the extension while Tivo says it is dialling and see if you hear the dialling tones.

Obviously if Tivo's 0800 number generally wasn't answering the board here would be inundated with posts. So hard to believe though it may be the issue you are having is almost certainly isolated to just your Tivo.
