two tuners recording the same SP episode

I noticed that my S3 was recording the same episode of a SP on both tuners this morning. One started on time, the second 15 minutes late.

Tivo support recommended that I delete all my season passes (hooray, nothing better to do this weekend than re-create 60 season passes!) since they might be "corrupted".

Anyone else seen this happen?

Yep, it’s happening to me. Fox’s NFL Sunday pregame show recorded twice for me last Sunday. And it was slated to record twice tomorrow. It’s the only one out of 50 SP’s that shows up in the To Do list as two recordings. When I delete one from the To Do list the other one stays there, but when I exit and re-enter the To Do list the second recording is also deleted. When I advance to next week showing in the To Do list it’s only showing as one recording.

I’m guessing the new software 9.2a update I got last week goofed up the SP for the two weeks of guided data that was in the TiVo. So I’m hoping it was only a one time glitch because it looks alright for next week. Why it only happened to one of my SP’s is a mystery to me.

Don't do that. That's a lame solution. Just monitor your TO DO list until things catch up.

I just installed a HD TiVo yeaterday and set it up to record a couple of shows last night. It too, recorded two versions of each show, one on each tuner.
