Changed to OTA + Cable ... Where's digital cable channels?

I didn't get expected results when I re-ran guided setup to add antenna input. Prior to adding the antenna I received all Comcast analog plus digital channels in Tivo Channel List. After re-running guided setup to add antenna (plus cable); now I only see the first 99 channels in the Tivo Channel List.

Is there a way to add cable digital channels to Tivo Channel List? Did I miss something or is Tivo getting smarter and allowing me to only see the analog channels 2-99?

You probably need to re-scan to get clear QAM channels:
Tivo Central->Messages&Settings->Settings->Channels->Channel Scan

Yes, yes .... I did not see the option to rescan. That did it! I've just upgraded from a Series 1 and didn't know such an option existed.
